⚜️ Shipping will be done via;
- Within Malaysia : J&T, Poslaju or DHL.
- International : J&T (for certain countries only), Poslaju or DHL.⚜️ Orders will be shipped once a week.⚜️ Please allow 10 to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. These are not included in the product prices and we are not responsible for covering them.⚜️ It is the obligation of the Customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.⚜️ Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to find your tracking number, please contact us.Returns
⚜️ Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since confirmed arrival of the item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they were damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.⚜️ Here are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.Refunds (if applicable)
⚜️ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.⚜️ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
⚜️ There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. ⚜️ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the item.⚜️ If the tracking information on an order does not update for three or more weeks, the order may be lost in transit. In these cases, we will send out a replacement once we reach out to you.⚜️ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
